Product Introduction
This product is composed of asphalt, polymer, stabilizer, additive, etc. under specific process conditions. It is a hot applied polymer sealing material used for crack repair and joint treatment of cement and asphalt concrete pavement. The high-efficiency hot sealing adhesive specially developed for repairing small and medium-sized cracks in asphalt pavement can effectively prevent rainwater and ice and snow from seeping into the base and roadbed through the cracks, causing permanent damage to the asphalt pavement, avoiding further expansion of cracks, and extending the service life of the pavement. This product won the bid in 2013 and is widely used in the industry.
Product Features
The hot poured joint adhesive developed by our company is synthesized under specific process conditions, including asphalt, polymer, stabilizers, additives, etc. It has strong bonding ability with asphalt concrete joint walls, is not permeable, has good elasticity, does not flow or stick to wheels at high temperatures, does not brittle crack at low temperatures, and has good durability. Based on different climates across the country, we have developed high-temperature (0℃), ordinary (-10℃), and low-temperature (-20℃) types Severe cold (-30℃) series products.
