2、 Mechanism of asphalt deodorizer action
When the temperature of asphalt deodorant is above 140 ℃, it can react chemically with sulfur, nitrogen and other heteroatoms in asphalt, convert them into high boiling compounds, lock in harmful substances in asphalt, inhibit the generation and volatilization of harmful substances such as H2S, SO2, NOX, etc., reduce the emission of unpleasant gases generated by high-temperature oxidation and light component volatilization of asphalt, and improve the production and construction environment of asphalt and asphalt mixtures.

4、 Method of using asphalt deodorant
Heat the asphalt to 180 ℃ in a storage tank with a stirrer, add a deodorant, and stir for 30 minutes to produce environmentally friendly and odorless asphalt. When producing modified asphalt, the deodorant and modifier (SBS, rubber powder) can be pre mixed in proportion before being added together. After mixing with asphalt, the generation of harmful gases in the production of modified asphalt can be reduced through stirring.
5、 Application field of asphalt deodorant
Suitable for modified asphalt production, asphalt mixture production, and urban road asphalt mixture paving, especially with significant inhibitory effect on the odor of rubber asphalt.
