On July 6, 2016, the Production Department held a "Meeting on Safety Production Emergency Plan and Work Issues Communication" in the conference room on the second floor of the office building. The meeting was chaired by Production Minister Xu Mingzhi, and all employees, temporary workers, and forklift drivers of the Production Department participated in the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Minister Xu first emphasized the organizational structure of the production department, which is under the unified management of the Minister. The workshop director is responsible for managing daily specific work, directly coordinating and managing the operation team leader and operators. The production department is a whole and needs to have a team spirit. Each team and individual should carefully use their brains to think and analyze problems, accurately convey and operate every instruction, and ensure strong execution without confusion.

In order to standardize the emergency management of enterprise safety production accidents, improve the ability to handle safety production accidents, quickly and effectively implement emergency rescue after accidents, ensure the safety of employees and company property, and reduce losses, a "Safety Production Accident Emergency Plan" has been specially formulated.

Xu Mingzhi is appointed as the Commander in Chief of the Emergency Command Headquarters, and Zhai Ming is newly appointed as the Deputy Commander in Chief. The members include Zhang Hongxi, Li Yulong, Ma Shaobing, Li Yan, Wang Ke, Li Kailang, Wang Bo, Geng Yu, and Li Jie.

Responsibilities of the emergency command center: 1. Accept the leadership of higher-level departments and implement instructions; 2. Organize safety production inspections within the department to promptly eliminate various safety hazards. 3. Organize the development of emergency plans for safety production accidents in the department. 4. Responsible for the early disposal and follow-up work of safety production accidents that occur in the department. 5. Cooperate with professional departments to carry out emergency rescue work at the accident site. 6. Timely and accurately report the accident situation to the company. 7. Organize drills on emergency response plans and supplement and improve the emergency response plans of the unit. And detailed explanations were provided on the details of prevention and early warning plans.

Minister Xu emphasized that safety production is not an expediency measure or an emergency measure, and must be considered above all else, above all else, and before all else. There are no small matters in safety production, no gaps in safety production, and no exceptions to safety production. It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of safety production responsibility and always grasp and not relax. To establish and improve a series of systems, standards, and norms, strengthen management, and effectively prevent the occurrence of safety production accidents; Take measures such as process adjustment, personnel management, technical transformation, etc. to continuously solve the intrinsic safety problems in view of the fatigue of the production site, high-temperature operation and various hazard; Make safety production work stricter, more practical, and more detailed. To keep the alarm bells ringing, overcome the numbness of lax thinking and the mentality of taking chances, human life is at stake, and the responsibility is significant. We must fully recognize the importance of doing a good job in safety production work, and use higher standards, stricter requirements, and stronger measures to constantly grasp safety production work.

Secondly, in the communication process with employees, Zhang Hongxi, Li Kailang, Wang Ke and others gave speeches on the problems and suggestions that occurred in their respective job positions, and Minister Xu provided answers one by one.

Finally, Minister Xu said that we need to strengthen the awareness of the "red line" and the "bottom line" thinking, treat historical accidents as today's accidents, and the alarm bell will continue to ring; Treat others' accidents as one's own and take it as a warning; Treat small accidents as major accidents and draw inferences from each other; Treat hidden dangers as accidents and prevent the mentality of taking chances, which can lead to major disasters. Strengthen hazard management and always maintain a high-pressure situation in safety production. We should base ourselves on reality and carry out inspections and rectification of safety production hazards in response to recent prominent issues and weak links in safety production, to ensure that there are no accidents in this year's safety production.
